Snap-In Dentures That Stay Put.
Snap-in implant dentures lock onto 2 to 4 implants in your jaw, so they stay secure all day. No slipping, no adhesive. You still remove them at night for easy cleaning. Dr. Thompson handles the whole process, from your free 3D scan to your final fit.

Sound familiar?
Your denture slips, clicks, or floats
Lower dentures are the worst offenders: they float, shift when you chew, and turn every meal into a negotiation. Snap-ins lock onto implants and stay put. You eat what you want without bracing for movement, and the adhesive goes in the trash.
You've worn dentures for years
You're usually still a candidate, even after a long time in dentures. The 3D scan at your free consultation shows exactly how much bone you have, so you get a real answer instead of a guess. Many long-time wearers are surprised by how straightforward it is.
You want security without the cost of fixed teeth
Snap-ins sit between traditional dentures and fixed full-mouth implants: far more stable than suction or adhesive, more affordable than a fixed set. If you decide you want fixed teeth someday, we'll talk you through the Teeth in a Day option too.

A 3D scan of your jaw, an exam with Dr. Thompson, and a review of your health history. You leave with a written plan and your exact price, in writing, before you decide anything.
Implant Placement
Any remaining teeth are removed and your implants are placed: at least 4 for an upper denture, 2 to 4 for a lower. Oral conscious sedation is available; you'll need a driver. We check on you the next day.
Healing
Your implants fuse with your jawbone over 4 to 6 months. You'll have teeth to wear the whole time, kept comfortable with soft liners as your gums heal and change shape.
Snap-In Day
The healing caps come off, snap attachments go on, and your denture locks into place, usually in a single visit. You leave with teeth that stay where you put them.

Snap-in dentures, answered.
How many implants will I need?
An upper snap-in denture requires at least 4 implants. A lower requires at least 2, though 3 or 4 improve retention and reliability. Your free consultation includes a 3D scan and an exam with Dr. Thompson, which is how we determine the exact number for your case.
Can I snap my dentures onto the implants the same day as surgery?
No, and anyone who tells you otherwise is glossing over the biology. After placement, the implants need 4 to 6 months to fuse with your jawbone before they can hold a denture. The full process typically takes around 6 months start to finish, and you'll have teeth to wear the whole time.
Are snap-in dentures removable?
Yes, by design. They stay locked on while you eat and speak, and you snap them out at night for easy cleaning. The snap inserts inside the denture wear over time and usually need changing once or twice a year, which is part of normal maintenance. If you want more grip, stronger inserts are available.
Can the part covering the roof of my mouth be removed?
Sometimes, but it's not guaranteed with snap-in dentures. If a fully open palate matters to you, our Teeth in a Day fixed implant option is the procedure where palate-free is guaranteed. Dr. Thompson will walk you through both at your consultation.
I've worn dentures for years. Am I still a candidate?
Usually, yes. Long-time denture wearers are typically still candidates. The 3D scan at your free consultation shows exactly how much bone you have, which gives you a definitive answer rather than a guess.
Do you offer warranties?
Yes. If an implant fails within the first year, we replace it at no charge.
